#385 - Karak

Vibrating colors occur when two colors are equal in value, equal in intensity, but opposite in hue. This causes a visual effect that sort of makes the colors fuzzy and shimmery where they meet. This week the POTW team set out to find a pony whose body and pattern colors could create this effect. After looking through many great examples, we decided that Karak's coloring created the most intense vibration of all!

#384 - Bubbles

With the 2012 Summer Olympics in full swing, we were on the look out for an Olympic/sports themed pony to honor the occasion. With Olympics history being made in swimming this year, Bubbles, the beautiful water-themed pony, was the pony who won our hearts this week.

Our random topic this week sent us in search of a pony that encompassed a great display of being ready for the summer. We had many gorgeous candidates, but Sealish really stole our hearts. Her ocean-like colors and amazing oceanic-themed tattoo really made her stand out amongst everyone else.

#382 - Lady X

This week, we set our sights on a pony that not only showed off being a PI First, but also embodied a little extra spunk and personality. Lady X is the first female reindeer pony with stripe, H-dapple, and stockings. Along with her noteworthy s-genes, Lady X also has a bit of a darker side to her, a dangerous personality to match her lovely colors. An assassin with a signature of only one golden rose beside her victims.
