This week, we went looking for a POTW that was maxed out - but had special meaning to it's owner. We didn't have to look far after coming across Creep. Anyone can see from his presentation - what a special pony he is to Rockhaven! The fact that he is nominated every People's Choice and entered into every Lottery did not give it away that Rockhaven thought he was POTW material - and we happen to agree with her!

#196 - POTW #196 Celebrations

This week we were looking for a pony that symbolizes the ending of 2008 and the beginning of a whole new, exciting year. We found Celebrations, and her name, joyful colours and tattoo reminded us of how we expect wonderful things of the new year, but in the end you're never sure just which great surprises are in the box until you've opened it.

This week was all about the upcoming Holiday and expressing it through our ponies. We saw lots of festive ponies, decked out with wonderful tattoos, but Mistletoe just sort of grabbed us from the beginning ... her dark body color and then that white tattoo just jumped at us - as if a snowy night was taking place. When most of us think of Christmas, we think of a White Christmas and how beautiful it looks and Mistletoe just reminded us of that ... so ... Congrats, Mistletoe and FairyStormDreams on being this week's POTW!

This week is Admin's choice and since I around Christmas was feeling a little sentimental I felt I wanted to feature someones absolute favorite pony. And when I saw Luni, sitting in the very first spot in Elwing's stable she swept me away with her beautiful and Christmasy colors and her history as mother to most of Elwing's ponies. I immediately felt she was the right choice!
