| I paid for my account to be reactivated, I have the recipt that the payment went. But my account is still not able to feed my ponies. I tried to email BOTH creators of PI for help, BOTH come back as dead emails. Delivery to the following recipients failed. andreas@induztrial.com maria@induztrial.com What do I do? Who do you tell when the owners themselves as the only ppl to contact and you cant contact them. |

![]() | Did it work now? I'm just wondering how long it took. I renewed one of my accounts today and it's still showing it hasn't been renewed. This is odd because for 3 years every single time I renewed an account through PP, my renewal was instantaneous, and I mean within seconds I had the PM saying it was done. Not this time though. I think it depends on how you pay. My renewals always show up instantly, within 5 seconds I'll have the PM saying the account has been paid for. | Well I did the help ticket thing. Its been 2 days and not reply in will they either refund my money or activate my account so my ponies wont die. Im getting very depressed and less likely to renew next time. Has anyone had this happen? |

In payment cases, the Admin are the only people who can hunt down payments to connect them, so you may need to wait a few days after giving all of the requested information. |
