During my stay I visited Hanoi, Sa Pa, Lao Cai, Ha Long Bay, Huè, Cat Ba Island and Hoi An.
Out of these places, the latter were my favorites.
A funny thing that happened was that while we stayed in Sa Pa, we were going to live in a local village were mainly H'mong people lived. H'mong are one of the many minorities in Vietnam. While walking there, I walked with the three ladies pictured below. Suddenly one of them pinched my thigh and exclaimed "You're so white! I want to eat you!". Safe to say I thanked for the compliment and hurried back to my group. Because, you never know..
I don't have as many photos that I'd like to share with you, as my camera died after five days due to the heat. I hope you'll enjoy the pictures nonetheless!
