The base plot
You are part of a huge wild PurrPony tribe that has moved to a mountain range in the east of Scotland to escape the destructive storm that gripped your previous home. In your tribe is one leader, 2 healers, lots of hunters and guards, a few trainees and as many queens as they want. Your job is to survive and maybe claw your way to power. They are a travelling group (they move about once every 2 months) and as such, do not have a territory. Of course, Purrs of the tribe can choose whether they support LSPP or KORR but they cannot divide over this because they need to stick together for protection and survival.

Jobs:
Leader- The leader makes important decisions within the tribe. When a leader dies, he /she should appoint a new leader but if they don%u2019t it should be fought for by the 3 strongest purrs in the tribe. They are not allowed a kits but are allowed a mate after they become leader to stop them being distracted from their role. Of course, this does not mean that they won%u2019t%u2026

Healer- The 2 Healers in the tribe are very important. They are the doctors of the tribe and their assistance is called upon constantly. Like the leaders, they are forbidden from having a mate or kits although they are more severely punished if they break this rule and most likely will be chased away to fend for themselves. Healers, Guards and Hunters train the new kits too.

Hunter- Like it says on the tin. Hunters are the tribe%u2019s main source of food because these are the cats that are the best at catching small birds, rabbits and mice. They are having a hard time adapting to the mountain prey but are making steady progress. Healers, Guards and Hunters train the new kits too.

Guards- These highly-trained PurrPonies are the elite guard that protects the clan from danger. They are trained to fight and win. Their duties include protecting the hunters from birds of prey when they hunt and battling rouges. They also enforce the rules. Healers, Guards and Hunters train the new kits too.

Queens- The queens are female Purrs who have had, or are nursing kits. They can be Hunters or Guards but will only be nursing for a month before the kits start to train in their chosen career. They then return to their previous posts.

Kits and Trainees- The job of young cats is to grow up fit and healthy. The kits spend a moth at they%u2019re mother%u2019s side before becoming trainees. There is no official ceremony for them until they become Hunters, Guards or Healers.

Mages- This is an unofficial role in the tribe but creates some of the most powerful cats. Because of this, mages are not allowed to become leader. Mages train in harnessing the art of magic alongside their other duties. Mages are chosen as trainees by the oracle.

The Oracle- The oracle is not a job but a Pony. He is an ancient PurrPony that appears in dreams to give Omens and choose new mages. He marks them by creating a purple tuft of fur behind their ear which soon disappears if the Purr does not wish to become a mage.

Captains- The captains are simply those Ponies that are chosen to organise and lead a hunting patrol or training patrol. It is a temporary job and they can be either a guard or a hunter.

Rules:
We all want to have fun while RP-ing but there are going to be rules to ensure this.
I have Bolded the most crucial rules.

- All usual PI rules apply
-You can have as many characters as you like but you have to be able to play with them all.
-No electricals in the story. Think nature- these PurrPonies live in the wild, they dont have iPods.
-Keep all chatting to a minimum and only put it at the end of an addition to the story or an application.
-You cannot make your pony a mage straight away when you post your form. Mageship can only be offered to a pony in a dream if they show particular skills. In other words- you have to RP for a while before the post is offered to your character by The Oracle.
-Fights between characters are not a personal insult againt you. It is to make the RP more interesting
-Please keep litters small, as in 2-3 not 5 (although you can occasionally have 5)
-Jwebgen Purrs are natural colours only. HOWEVER- they can be a reddish brown or grey-blue. If you own the PurrPony for real this doesnt apply but it would be nice if you could choose a natural one.
-No god modelling. If you are a mage please only choose one element to control in your fourm.
-If you wish to leave the RP then send me a PM and kill off your characters or give them to someone else.
-Please be kind and sensitive to others. If you are not then you may be banned from my RP.
-If you want a new character PLEASE post again and don't just go back and edit your post.
-Have fun and please, check these rules regularly because they may be updated.

Personality: Scream is fierce and Loyal but she is a kind cat and loves Kits but can be cold at times if someone hurts someone or disobeys the rules.

Holly yawned and streched. She dug her claws into the sand turf then stood up, looking for company. She spotted Light and Scream talking quietly by the small stream and went to join them. As she came over, Scream stood up and began to leave, nodding at Holly as she left.
"Hey Light." She said as she settled herself byt the stream. "What did Scream want?"
"She was just talking about patrols." He awnsered, continuing to stare into the water. "Want to help me?"
"What?"
"I'm trying to fish!" He exclaimed, grinning. Holly laughed.
"Ok..." They kept still for a moment, then Holly flicked out a paw, spraying glittering droplets. "Missed." She spat, then noticed Light's drenched face. "Ooops! Sorry!" She laughed. He hissed jokingly and splashed her back.

Holly stopped and twisted round sharply at the noise, relaxing when she saw Stars' long-whiskered face.
"Sure" Stars smiled and sat down. As she and Light began to chat Holly became aware of something niggling at the back of her mind. Suddenly, last night's dream flooded back to her and she shivered. 'What did The Oracle mean?'

Looking out at Holly and Light, Shadows couldn't help but see hoe fondly Light looked at Holly. She had to purr at that, Light looked upon Holly like a precious piece of prey. She also couldn't help but notice the odd look on Holly's face.

"Holly," she said in her sweet, soft voice. "What's troubling you Dearest. You seem to have a rather troubled look upon that pretty face of yours. Could you telling me whats bothering you?" She glanced up at Holly. For she never seemed to be troubled by anything. What could be bothering her now?

She saw Stars walk up and ask to join in that, Come on lets Play voice of hers. She jumped into the fun. Laughing at herself for this she turned back around and again fixed her steady gaze on Holly. Only half joking she said,

"If it's my black as night coat thats bothering you I can leave." For Holly looked like she needed some time alone.

Looking into Holly's eyes Light could not help but feel a pang of longing. Her sweet face, her beautiful eyes. He wanted her with all his heart. Holly's mind was on other things though it seemed.

"Holly my dea..." Oops he almost let it slip that he longed for her. "What's the matter Holly. You look very troubled by the looks of it."

Holly started and stared at the slowly building crowd around the stream.
"Oh- nothing." She said- hitching a a unconvincing smile onto her face."I... I- was just, wondering... About todays patrols.." A mumur passed through the crowd as it slowly dispearsed, leaving only her, Light, Stars and Winter. Winter smiled and nodded but Stars looked unconvinced.

Just then, Leap bounded up to Holly.
"Hello Holly!" She grinned. Holly was glad of the distraction and turned away from her friends to listen.
"Whats up Leap?" She purred, head-butting the young cat.
"Who will train Vanilla?" She said, her face sinking. "She works so hard, but no-one is training her!" Holly pursed her lips.
"I don't know- what does she wan't to be? Guard? Hunter? Healer? You ask her, she's your friend."
Leap nodded and sped off to find her denmate and Holly turned round to chat to her friends again. But as she talked,she noticed that Light had something troubling him too. He was phrasing his words very carefully now, and looked down when Holly caught his eye. 'Whats wrong with you...?' Holly thought.

"A hunter." Repeated Holly thoughtfully. "Hmmm..." Leap waited on tenterhooks to learn her friend's trainer.
"Come 'n Holly!"
"I know, stop pestering me- someone should have offered to train her by now... Hmm... Ask Light, Scream and Stars if any of them would mind." She desided, and settled into her nest.

As Leap sped off to tell Vanilla the good news, Holly returned to digging at the wooden block. She coulden't understand books, like many of the other tribe cats; but loved the small wooden toys that Leap's friend crafted. Knawing at the block, she began to shape the face of the wolf and by noon it was finished. It was roughly crafted but she felt strangley proud of the rugged shape lying at her paws. She placed it carefully, next to the beautifully crafted red deer that Vanila had made for Holly.

Skies also showed up after everyone left. After though Waters showed up. "Holly I have to demand the same thing!" She said in her sassy voice. "I can't protect anybody without it!" She suddenly broke out purring. "I...I....I think someone might like you Holly!" Looking meaningfully over at Light, still purring.

"M...M...Me. You have a got to be insane, I mean Holly is a very nice cat and her pretty green eyes. Her smooth beautiful coat....oops I said to much." He blushed he had not meant to say so much about his affections for Holly. "I...I got to go see you all later. Have a nice day Holly dea...."
