After a long 6 week period where I only drew on thing, partly due to the large cast on my left arm, I am back to my pencil and paper. And boy, did I miss them! I gave myself a challenge from the get go and decided to do a full body dog portrait. I've never done that before, and it took me longer and was harder. But I'm extremely pleased with it; it's my celebration drawing for getting my cast off!

The paws were driving me insane, so I just covered them with tall grass!
It looks much better in RL, there's more depth and contrast.
