So I know that you obviously don't open up a support ticket for questions about the general gameplay of PI, because well... that's what this forum is for!
For one example, I have had a thread deleted and the reason of the deletion made no sense to me, so I wanted clarification. So would it be appropriate to open up a support ticket about it? Would it be rude to PM the MOD directly?
And yes, I actually HAVE read the rules.

| Does it tell you who deleted the thread? I can't remember if it does or not. In that case it would be best to PM the MOD who deleted it, who will nicely explain it to you. ETA: I'd say PM the MOD directly first, and if you can't sort it out, then open a support ticket. You can also ask for a copy of the thread and fix up the mistake/error that got it deleted in the first place so you don't have to retype the whole thing as well. |

| To lazy to edit again. MODs are all very nice and happy to help. Nothing gets deleted for no reason as well. They're here to help make our gameplay a better experience for us, so it's not rude to PM them at all. |
