Okay, I'm pretty sure beauty contests are ONLY supposed to take account for charisma, but for some reason ponies with lower charisma are placing higher in my contests. Anyone know why?

The top two girls had the halloween costumes on before the contest ran, so their charisma stat would be lower than Blueberry's. But they placed higher. I really just don't know how contests work :|

| I think it's taking into account the pony's level and their charisma. I.e. A pony at level 100 with 50 charisma compared to a pony at level 40 with 50 charisma; the level 40 is better off I believe. ETA: Just checked out their levels . I have no idea; sorry >.> |

| I've found that single stat contests (tugs, beauty contests) do not take level into account; however, there is a little randomness involved that can affect a pony's placement if the stats of top-placing ponies are close together. To make sure that your target pony will always place first, make sure there is at least a 10 point difference between your target pony's stat and the stat of the fodder. In your case, your Blueberry will need to have a charisma stat of at least 51 in order to place first constantly, (51 being +10 points over Introvert's Charisma, which is 41). To be absolutely sure Blueberry will ace her contests, have her charisma at 52 or higher.    |
